We may receive this information through our website forms, during consultations, in documents you provide, or when you communicate with us directly, including by email.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how our website is used, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect information that identifies you personally.

Information submitted through our visa assessment process is sent to Harmony Immigration and reviewed by our advisers. Your assessment is not automatically evaluated by a system, and you will not receive an automatic eligibility result.

We do not sell your personal or sensitive information or share it with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes. If you engage Harmony Immigration to provide immigration services, relevant information may be shared with immigration authorities or other parties where necessary to provide those services, where you have authorised us to do so, or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

No automated visa decisions

Information you provide through our visa assessment does not result in an automated decision about your visa eligibility. Your answers are reviewed by a Harmony Immigration adviser. No automated system makes the final assessment of your circumstances or determines whether you are eligible for a visa.

How long we keep your information

We keep information submitted through our enquiry and visa assessment forms for 7 years. After this period, the information is securely deleted.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal and sensitive information we hold from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Access to your information is limited to those who need it for the purpose for which it was collected or to provide the services you have requested.

Your rights
